Michael started his residential career while in College in 1987 and has helped many Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants with their residential needs. He has worked for some of the largest firms in the world as well as smaller local groups. He has handled residential transactions from $20,000 to $1,000,000 and has experience in all price ranges, styles and types.He has renovated old homes, managed and leased rental properties, and been extensively involved in new construction.
